We recommend that you carefully read our cancellation policies for both transportation and tours. These policies are available on our website and can also be found on your information voucher. The cancellation policies specified below apply to our transportation and tour services provided by us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these policies, which are designed to ensure efficient and satisfactory service for all our customers.

Xul-Ha Transfers wishes to inform you that for any cancellation or rescheduling of your reservation, it is necessary to notify us in advance, in accordance with our policies. You must contact us by phone or send an email clearly requesting the change before any modification as part of this contractual purchase.

  • Any cancellation made will incur a 10% charge for bank commission (payment processor).
  • Delays or cancellation of your flight. Before any cancellation, you can contact us if your plans change and you want to use your reservation on another date; this will not incur additional charges as long as it is for the same type of vehicle and number of passengers.
  • No-shows: Are refundable by 50% or you can use your reservation on another date as long as it is the same number of passengers and vehicle paid for in your original reservation. Our drivers will allow a waiting period of 30 minutes for guests. In case no reserved guest shows up, it will be considered a “NO SHOW.”
