We recommend reading carefully our cancellation policies by transportation or/and tour. It can be found in our website and also you can read it in your information voucher. The specified cancellation policies below are applicable to our transportation services and tours provided by us.

Xul-Ha Transfers wish to inform you that for any cancellation or reschedule on your reservation, we must be given advance notice, according to our policies. Contacting us by phone or sending an email clearly requesting your change must occur before we give you permission to accept any change as part of this contractual purchase.

  • Any cancellation requests made during the 13 hours (thirteen) or more prior to the confirmed arrival date and time, will generate a 10% charge for Bank commission (payment processor).
  • Cancellation requests made 12 hours (twelve) or less prior to the confirmed arrival date and time, will be subject to a penalization of 50% on the total paid for the reservation.
  • “No-shows” are 100% non-refundable. Our drivers will allow a 30 minutes wait period for guests. Should there be no appearance from any reserved guest, no refunds will be granted, for either unused portions of the reservation or rescheduling your pick up time for an advanced departure.
